My homemade ham & cheese melt. Made with brown sugar ham, pepperjack cheese, rye bread, deli mustard and mayo. Simple, yet tasty.

I decided to begin my food journey at one of my favorite spots on the island, Tiki Lounge. I love this place because it is a great place to go and relax after taking a dip in the ocean.
Tiki Lounge is known for their pizza, and while everything else on the menu is great, this is what I find myself eating almost every time I go.
They have a great happy hour with live music, mai tai’s and other great drinks of course, pretty much every day. Head on down there on Thursdays to listen to Erin Smith of The Throwdowns, she is incredibly talented!
